When I had 5 backlogs out of 6 subjects in the first semester, It was the most embarrassing moment for me ever. I wanted to quit B-Tech and felt regret. But I thought that anyone can handle normal stress but the person who handle the toughest situation then It will be an achievement. Then I motivated by myself and now I'm in final year of B. Tech with no active backlog.

Whatever may be the decision I would definitely make a safe side or a positive shaded decision even though it is tough. In my view tough means that we tend to feel something uneasy for us but in terms of life actually tough decisions make people work much harder and more eligible to face further problems in life.

I think the toughest decision of my life was to prepare for JKCET, after I got 85% marks in 12th class. I was in a dilemma at that time whether to go for graduation or prepare for JKCET. It was my parents' choice to study for MBBS and become a doctor. But I was not at all motivated to prepare for MBBS, but I had to. Also for this, I had to leave my hometown, my parents, and friends. I think that was the toughest part.

I wanted to go in IT industry, that think was for sure. But I wanted to go towards development side but was unable to crack the development interviews. So my toughest decision was to choose some alternative by which I can enter into IT industry so I entered IT platform via Software Tester position and after a while, I started enjoying Testing than Development. Sometimes, in life, we have to take certain decisions just to keep up the Rising moment going.

Last year I was offered the opportunity to move up in PMO office within my company.

The promotion would have included a pay raise and a more prestigious title "Assistant PMO" in PMO department. However, I was at a critical juncture with several responsibilities and was concerned that moving at that time might jeopardize their progress and create negative consequences for employees I supervised.

I thanked my superiors for the opportunity and discussed my concerns, and we came to an agreement that it was best for the company that I remain in my current role for the time being, with the possibility of accepting the promotion at a later date.

So you will not blame anyone for your own life.
