| I would like to finish my assigned tasks within weekdays or you can say within working hour as working on weekend, holidays or in the night doesn't seem that I am efficient enough. Moreover, I feel that gap from work help in preventing boredom and we can work more enthusiastic after rest. However being a team member by any chance if the team is lagging behind from its target I would rather not mind working either on weekend, holidays or in the night.

| It depends on the type of work, if the work is interesting then it will be better to do it rather then boring weekends, but if the work is boring then there will be no interest to do the work for extra hours because a work done without interest may have a bad or average outcome.

Always answer this question as yes, as the majority of the outsourcing work is done according to the country timeline from where the work gets outsourced in which case it is night shift most of the time. | Sir, definitely I will work at night and weekends if the company need me to do that but sir as we know we are humans and we are evolving in such a way that we are more productive in working in days as compared to the nights. But what I said earlier I will work at night if the company needs. And coming to work at weekends, sir, as we know we are working so to support our family, and everybody wants to spend weekends with their family. But if the company needs me I will be there because for my work comes first.

| If I say about working night so it depends on the company working day or night. If it's rational to be given duty that is no issue because it's timing of company, Employee knows to do rotational another general employee is too hard, but company needs employee to complete their work and know responsibility if emergency required for night, But our health needs rest in weekend, refresh you, given new idea, to fresh your health, sometimes expend with their closer.

| I think by working 45 to 55 hours a week is a normal thing for me and as far as night and weekends are considered I have no problems with it. Right now my primary focus is to gain enough experience so that I might be able to do the job in a more efficient way.

But I require some time for myself only to look into myself, to Analise if I'm doing anything wrong? if there is something bothering me? and some answers can be obtained from some others like family neighbors and friends. | Well, as I am a human being and not a machine and need to rest at times. Resting and enjoying yourself fills you with positive energy and you can focus more thereby you efficiency is increased. | I'm flexible about and would prefer working a regular full "fixed" schedule, for example, all days/evenings or all nights/mornings, rather than a regular full "variable" schedule consisting of some days and some nights. Of course, if there's a looming deadline that requires working into and through the night to meet an urgent deadline, that's not a problem. I can work in burst mode through the day and into the night and weekends as necessary. Can you tell me how often in a given month this job would take into the nights and weekends?
