| Personally, like many of the previous commentators noted I do not measure success using conventional socioeconomic or prestige markers, it's achieving your career goals, having a stable and supportive group of friends, enjoying life to the fullest and most importantly maximizing your potential. Industrialized and industrializing societies often measure success in terms of the numbers in your bank account or the degrees on your wall but if you ask many of those people if they are satisfied with their life they always seem to have something to complain about. Studies have shown that after people make a certain amount of money, enough to satisfy your basic needs and live a decent life, financial success stops making a huge difference in a person's overall happiness especially since the standards are so skewed. So yes, compared to someone like Mukesh Ambani or Bill Gates I am under those parameters an abysmal failure, but considering that I am physically and emotionally healthy and have learned to make peace with myself I consider myself a success.

| SUCESS is never ending journey it's perpetual in nature because human being never satisfied they want more and more I'll give one example if I achieved certain goals and I buy a home of 2BHK after few years new project started in reputed area and having more facilities then my old house then I'll start working hard to buy that house. So it is pretty simple that it is never ending journey and success is not only making money but also making a good bond with family and society.
